针对2013工作面轨道顺槽受断层和软煤岩双重影响大量水和煤泥涌出、巷道不能按原设计方位通过断层的问题,通过对原巷道进行调线,提出了超前预注浆方案。分析了2013工作面轨道顺槽揭露断层的产状,根据巷道围岩实际情况,从注浆材料、参数选择、注浆孔布置等方面对巷道围岩超前注浆加固进行了设计,并对巷道支护方式进行了优化,使巷道顺利通过了断层。
