客车车身的可靠性是工程上的一个重要课题。国内已发表的车身有限元强度计算论文,着重分析静弯曲、强扭转工况,探索提高计算结果与实测静应力吻合程度的力法,但未见把计算结果与可靠性试验相比较。本文介绍在静弯曲、强扭转和紧急制动三种工况下车身骨架的强度预测,且与其可靠性试验结果相对照,两者吻合较好。表明,(1)有限元计算是车身强度预测的一个可行方法;(2)模拟计算时不能忽略紧急制动工况。
The reliability of bus body is an important issue in engineering. Domestic published finite element strength calculation of body finite element analysis focuses on the static bending, strong torsion conditions, to explore to improve the calculated results and measured static stress force method, but did not see the results compared with the reliability test. In this paper, the strength prediction of the vehicle body skeleton under static bending, strong torsion and emergency braking are introduced. Compared with the reliability test results, the two methods are in good agreement. The results show that: (1) Finite element calculation is a feasible method for vehicle body strength prediction; (2) Emergency braking condition can not be neglected in simulation calculation.
