一、螺旋齿螺旋角的测算法当我们拿到一只正齿轮的实样,要测定它的压力角、模数(或径節)、基圆周節等数据时,不管该齿轮是变位或非变位齿轮,通过测齿卡尺(见本刊1956年12期)的测量,初步都可以明确;因此该齿轮的節圆直径,从所测得的模数与齿数不难求出。但是螺旋齿轮就不简单,虽然用上述卡尺也能测得其压力角、模数等,但是根据这些数据,節圆直径还是无法求得。其原因在於節圆上的螺旋角还没有知道;因此要设法测定節圆上的螺旋角,以获得螺旋齿轮的完整数据。对这一螺旋角的测量,各有不同的方法。有
