在对越自卫还击作战中,某部因吃腐烂变质的蔬菜发生了食物中毒。该单位就餐人员共58人,有57人均有轻重不同症状发生,患病率为98.3%。现将调查情况简要报道如下。一、发病情况该部1979年3月23日18时晚餐,饭后约40分钟即开始发现具有头痛、头晕、乏力、口唇紫绀、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻等症状的患者,饭后1~2小时发病人数达到高峰,最迟为饭后5小时发病。二、临床表现中毒患者以消化道症状较为突出,其次是神经系统症状。在资料较为完整的48例中,恶心40例,呕吐32例,腹痛37例,腹泻27例,头痛25例,头晕31例,乏力30例,口干21例,唇绀10例,心悸5例。根据潜伏期短、发病快(所有病例于5
