在模具制造中,常遇到要求位置精度很高的斜孔,如图1所示。由于这一类斜孔的角度精度为4~5级,距离精度在±0.01毫米以内,所以必须在精密坐标镗床上加工。为了便于确定斜孔的正确位置和保证精度要求,可采用依靠工艺孔的方法镗斜孔。依靠工艺孔镗斜孔,就是在加工斜孔之前,通过选择、计算,在工件上先加工出工艺孔,作为镗斜孔时确定主轴坐标位置的过渡基准。然后,用校正工艺孔的方法再去镗斜孔。
In the mold manufacturing, often encounter the requirements of the location of high precision inclined hole, as shown in Figure 1. Because of this type of oblique hole angle accuracy of 4 to 5, the distance accuracy within ± 0.01 mm, it must be precision boring machine processing. In order to facilitate the determination of the correct position of the slant hole and the requirement of ensuring the accuracy, a hole bordering slant hole can be borne by means of a process hole. Relying on boring boring process hole, that is, before processing slant hole, by selecting, calculating, the first processing hole in the workpiece, as the boring inclined hole to determine the spindle base position of the transition reference. Then, use the method of calibrating the process hole to go back to boring the inclined hole.
