滨水道路建设是景区道路建设的绿色主题和活力主题,滨水道路建设的关键在于堤岸形式的选择。滨水道路既要满足景区客货运交通流的交通需求,又要保证滨水道路自身在汛期受洪水冲刷时的安全,同时还需保障滨水道路的工程建设与景区自然环境的协调。可见,滨水路堤岸方案比选时需要紧扣交通、防洪和环保三大方面综合考虑。对此考虑建立堤岸比选问题的分层决策模型,以将各方面影响因素和指标整合并进行科学计算。本文以湖南省张家界武陵源区索溪河的滨水道路为依托,得到的模型计算结果对工程中滨水路堤岸方案的选择提供了一定的参考。
Waterfront road construction is the green theme and vitality theme of scenic road construction. The key to waterfront road construction lies in the choice of embankment forms. The waterfront road not only meets the traffic demand of the scenic passenger and freight traffic flow, but also ensures the safety of the waterfront when it is flooded by the flood season. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the coordination between the construction of the waterfront road and the natural environment of the scenic spot. It can be seen that the scheme of waterfront embankment should be considered in the three aspects of transportation, flood control and environmental protection in comparison with selection. In this regard, we consider a stratified decision-making model to establish the bank selection problem so as to integrate various influencing factors and indicators and make scientific calculations. Based on the waterfront of Suoxi River in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, this paper provides some references for the selection of the embankment project of waterfront embankment in the project.
