通过对稠油油藏注蒸汽过程中汽窜的现象的发生、危害及汽窜现象产生原因的分析,对八面河油田面120区稠油汽窜的油藏地质因素和工艺因素等进行了分析,并对防治汽窜的手段进行了探讨,提出了适合稠油蒸汽吞吐开发汽窜防治的措施。现场应用表明:通过采用井网调整、射孔参数优化、蒸汽吞吐工艺改进、油层改造等技术手段,可以有效抑制和利用汽窜,改善油层动用状况,提高油藏开发效果。
By analyzing the occurrence and harm of steaming phenomenon during the steam injection of heavy oil reservoirs and the reasons for the steaming phenomenon, the geological and technological factors of the reservoir oil in Taian Mian 120 , And discussed the means of preventing and controlling the steaming and channeling, and put forward the measures suitable for the steam steaming prevention and control of heavy oil steam stimulation. The field application shows that through the use of well pattern adjustment, perforation parameter optimization, steam huff and puff treatment technology improvement and oil layer transformation and other technical means, steam channeling can be effectively suppressed and utilized to improve reservoir utilization and improve the reservoir development effect.
