目的研究氦氖激光照射对缺血性脑血管疾病疗效的影响。方法190例缺血性脑血管疾病患者随机分为常规组65例,治疗组63例,对照组62例。分别在治疗前及治疗后1个月进行血液流变学、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平及血清BDNF含量检测,同时进行临床疗效观察,与常规组和对照组比较,观察氦氖激光照射对缺血性脑血管疾病血液流变学、抗氧化能力、脑源性营养因子(BDNF)和临床疗效的影响。结果与常规组和对照组比较,治疗后治疗组全血黏度高低切变值和血浆黏度明显改善(P<0.01),血清SOD活力增高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),血清BDNF含量明显增加;临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于常规组和对照组。结论氦氖激光照射能促进神经功能恢复,是治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的理想方法之一。
Objective To study the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on the therapeutic effect of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 190 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n = 65), treatment group (n = 63) and control group (n = 62). Blood rheology, SOD and MDA levels and serum BDNF levels were measured before treatment and one month after treatment respectively. The clinical efficacy was also observed. Compared with the control group and the control group The effects of He-Ne laser irradiation on the hemorrheology, antioxidant capacity, brain-derived nutritional factor (BDNF) and clinical efficacy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were observed. Results Compared with the normal group and the control group, the whole blood viscosity and shear viscosity of the treated group were significantly improved (P <0.01), the activity of SOD in the serum increased (P <0.01) and the content of MDA decreased significantly (P <0.01) , Serum BDNF levels increased significantly; clinical efficacy comparison, the treatment group was significantly better than the conventional group and the control group. Conclusion He-Ne laser irradiation can promote the recovery of nerve function and is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
