文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对少年跆拳道运动员爆发力的训练方法进行归纳与总结,并结合少年运动员的生理及肌肉解剖特点,对训练方法实施以及存在的问题提出相应观点。实验结论,少年运动员正处在力量训练的敏感期,承受负荷相对成年人较低,爆发力的训练应采用大中小负荷均衡,以递增训练负荷与超等长训练法及短冲类训练法相结合,进行爆发力训练手段的优化组合,对提高少年运动员爆发力水平更加安全有效;训练手段的优化组合简便、实用,便于在少年运动员训练中开展和推广。
This paper summarizes the training methods of juvenile taekwondo athletes’ explosive power by using the methods of literature and logic analysis. Based on the physiological and muscular anatomical features of juvenile athletes, this paper puts forward corresponding views on the implementation of training methods and existing problems. The experimental results show that the juvenile athletes are in the sensitive period of strength training and bear the load relatively lower than the adults. The training of explosive power should adopt the medium, small and medium load balance. Combining the incremental training load with the super isometric training method and the short punch training method, The optimized combination of explosive training methods is more safe and effective to improve the explosive level of juvenile athletes. The optimized combination of training methods is simple and practical, which is easy to carry out and popularize in juvenile athletes’ training.
