阐述了冷轧无取向高牌号硅钢瓦楞状缺陷产生的原因和危害,并对调整化学成分、中间罐中添加促进形核元素、控制浇注时的过热度、电磁搅拌、二次电磁搅拌、高温轧制、大压下量粗轧、高温终轧、后段层流冷却、高温卷取+卷取后保温、二次冷轧、常化退火等相关控制方法进行了概述和评价,指出为避免瓦楞状缺陷,最经济、技术成熟的方法是采用常化工艺,也可采用二次冷轧工艺。
