本文认为，长期以来我国在所有制问题上超阶段的认识和实践，严重阻碍了生产力的发展，因此，必须从社会主义初级阶段这个最大的实际出发，决定生产关系的实现形式。公有制实现形式多样化，是与市场经济相结合的重要条件。股份制是促进生产力发展的有效的资本组织形式。股份合作制是劳动联合与资本联合相结合的新型集体经济组织形式，有利于劳动者利益与社会利益的协调，有利于发展生产力。国有经济应从战略上调整布局。国有经济的主导作用应主要体现在控制力上。
This paper argues that for a long time our understanding and practice over the stage of ownership has seriously hindered the development of the productive forces. Therefore, we must determine the form of the realization of the relations of production from the maximum reality of the primary stage of socialism. The diversification of forms of public ownership is an important condition for combining with the market economy. Joint-stock system is an effective form of capital organization to promote the development of productive forces. The joint-stock cooperative system is a new type of collective economic organization combining labor union and capital union, which is conducive to the coordination of laborers’ interests and social interests and to the development of productive forces. The state-owned economy should adjust its layout from a strategic perspective. The leading role of state-owned economy should be mainly reflected in the control.
