七里塘水电站导流洞衬砌后洞径为6m×7m,城门洞型,混凝土衬砌范围0+000m～0+150m,衬砌厚度50cm,双层钢筋。导流洞需在截流前完成衬砌及回填灌浆施工,工期极为紧张,如何在确保安全、质量的前提下尽快完成衬砌是制约大坝工程截流的关键项目。简易钢模台车采用脚手管搭设,行走装置采用橡胶钢轮,整个台车分两节组成,单节长度6m,组合长度12m。简易台车搭设、装模、拆模均快捷方便且成本低廉,确保了导流洞衬砌混凝土顺利完成。
The tunnel diameter of the diversion tunnel of Qitangtang Hydropower Station is 6m × 7m after lining. The diameter of the gate tunnel is between 0 + 000m and 0 + 150m and the lining thickness is 50cm. The diversion tunnel needs to be completed lining and backfill grouting construction before the river closure. The construction period is extremely tense.
