在车顶绝缘子闪络事故中,由于绝缘子覆冰而导致的闪络事故占很大比例。如何才能有效地减少车顶绝缘子上覆冰的形成,提高绝缘子覆冰闪络电压,已经成为华北地区电气化铁路急需解决的难题。针对车顶绝缘子冰闪事故的实际发生情况,采用绝缘子表面部分涂覆半导体涂料的组合绝缘子设计方案。笔者利用有限元电场分析方法,分析了半导体涂料涂覆长度和位置对于电场分布的影响情况,得出了半导体涂料涂覆的优化配置方案。
In the flashover of the roof insulator, a large proportion of flashover accidents are caused due to icing of insulators. How to effectively reduce the formation of icing on the roof insulator and increase the flashover voltage of the icing insulator has become an urgent problem to be solved in the electrified railway in North China. Aiming at the actual occurrence of the ice insulator accident on the roof insulator, the design scheme of the composite insulator coated with the semi-conductive coating on the insulator surface is adopted. The author analyzes the influence of the coating length and position of the semiconductor coating on the electric field distribution by using the finite element electric field analysis method and obtains the optimal configuration scheme of the semiconductor coating application.
