研究了Ru3(CO)9(PETPP)3络合物(PETPP=P[C6H4p(OC2H4)nOH]3)催化水有机两相芳香硝基物一氧化碳选择性还原反应。在反应温度140℃及一氧化碳压力为4MPa条件下,催化剂对于oClC6H4NO2(邻氯硝基苯)的还原显示出良好的催化活性:原料转化率为99.2%同时生成预期芳胺的选择性高于99%。还原反应结束后,水相催化剂可以通过简单的相分离于含产物的有机相分开并用于随后的催化反应。催化剂循环使用四次后,芳香硝基物的转化率仍高于88%。
The selective reduction reaction of aqueous two-phase aromatic nitro carbon monoxide catalyzed by Ru3 (CO) 9 (PETPP) 3 complex (PETPP = P [C6H4p (OC2H4) nOH] 3 was studied. The catalyst showed good catalytic activity for the reduction of oClC6H4NO2 (o-chloronitrobenzene) at a reaction temperature of 140 ° C and a carbon monoxide pressure of 4 MPa: the feed conversion was 99.2% and the expected selectivity for aromatic amines was higher than 99% . After the reduction reaction has ended, the aqueous phase catalyst can be separated from the product-containing organic phase by simple phase separation and used for the subsequent catalytic reaction. After the catalyst is recycled four times, the conversion of aromatic nitro compounds is still above 88%.
