选用高频磁特性好,机械强度及精密性能均佳的热压镍锌铁氧体作磁头铁心材料,并对其制造工艺上的主要因子进行了深入研究。 主要因子有:原料的化学组成和添加物,原料粉末的粒度、热压的温度、压力、气氛和时间。通过实验,弄清了它们对材料的致密化和结晶组织各自的影响。 实验表明氧化铜作为促进材料致密化的添加物是有效的用添加约10%Cuo的Ni-Zn铁氧体材料,以1200~1250℃及100~200Kg/Cm~2,在空气中热压烧结2~4小时,可以获得近于单晶的致密陶瓷。将晶粒直径为20~30μ的材料做小形精密磁头铁心,采用玻璃接缝技术。实验给出了极为满意的结果。
Selection of high frequency magnetic properties, mechanical strength and precision performance are good for hot-rolled nickel-zinc ferrite core material for the head, and its manufacturing process of the main factors in-depth study.
