临床上借助心电图诊断心律失常时,常因P波过小而存在缺陷,深感不足。我院采用双极食道滤波心电图加用滤波放大装置,记录出大而清晰的心房除极波(A波)、窄小的心室除极波(V波),并可记录出P波与QRS波极性相反的波形。本文结果表明,由于突出了心房除极波,从形态上易于鉴别窦性或异位P波;易于清晰显示埋藏于QRS-T波中的P波;易于确定房室激动传导的相互关系。作者认为,该法无创伤性,操作简易,可及时、重复记录,是迄今分析诊断心律失常的较理想的记录方法,具有一定的临床实用价值和基础理论研究意义。
Clinical diagnosis of arrhythmia with ECG, often due to P wave is too small and defective, deeply inadequate. Our hospital with bipolar esophageal filter plus ECG filter amplification device, recording large and clear atrial depolarization (A wave), narrow ventricular depolarization (V wave), and can record the P wave and QRS wave Polar wave opposite. Our results show that, because prominent atrial depolarization wave, easy to identify sinusoidal or ectopic P wave morphology; easy to clearly show the buried in the QRS-T wave P wave; easy to determine the relationship between atrioventricular conduction. The author believes that this method is non-invasive, easy to operate, and can be recorded in time and repeatedly. It is an ideal recording method to analyze and diagnose arrhythmia so far, and has certain clinical practical value and significance of basic theoretical research.
