上海石化的全员绩效考核从2001年全面实施以来,进展顺利,取得了一定的成绩和经验。今后的工作,强调主要可从以下几个方面进一步完善提高。强调全员考核。全员绩效考核的一个重要特性,就是全员性。一个员工在企业里上岗工作,企业就要对这个员工上岗的绩效有个评价,即必须通过考核,做到对每一个员工进行考核,在岗员工不能漏,劳务输出的员工也不能漏。
