利用1300 nm直接调制DFB半导体激光器研制成功了速率为10 Gb/s的小型非致冷光发射器。介绍了发射器的设计原理、实施方案和测试结果。根据光发射器中温度传感器和监测用光电二极管的输出信号调节激光器的偏置电流和调制电流,可以使发射器在0~75℃温度范围内各项工作参数均满足ITU相关标准规定。相对于SONET 192眼图模版,发射器的输出光信号眼图冗余在7%以上。
A small, non-cooled optical transmitter at a rate of 10 Gb / s was developed using a 1300 nm direct modulated DFB semiconductor laser. Introduced the transmitter design principle, implementation plan and test results. Adjusting the bias current and modulation current of the laser according to the output signal of the temperature sensor and the monitoring photodiode in the optical transmitter can make the transmitter meet the requirements of the relevant ITU standards in various working parameters in the temperature range from 0 to 75 DEG C. Relative to the SONET 192 eye pattern, the transmitter output optical signal eye redundancy in more than 7%.
