“作为亲历5.12劫难的幸存者,作为一批生活在龙门山脉、岷江峡谷的古羌子孙,作为80后年轻人,作为羌族后代,他们面对家园的破碎,面对民族文化的严重流失,一种责任催使着他们去记录、去挖掘、去传承。他们要传承古羌文化,保护宣传羌族文化,宣传受灾民众顽强、勇敢、坚强、团结的精神,使羌民在灾后重建上树立信心……”在旅游界,一般认为“导游是最好的宣传大使”。而他们熟知当地羌族,乃至各民族的风物特产、奇风异俗,风土人情,风味小吃,地方掌故;他们具有很好的民间文学素养,了解许多本民族的神话、传说、典故、寓言、笑话、歌徭、谚语,通过对古羌民族的文化进行保护挖掘和传播,展现多姿多彩的古羌民族文化。他们承担起了去挽救一个民族文化的重任,从某种意义上讲他们已经自发的成为向全国人民宣传羌族的“导游”。
