目的:探讨缺血预处理(PC)对大鼠小肠I/R损伤的保护作用及其机理。方法:采用小肠I/R模型,分别观察血压、肠道组织损伤和血管床功能改变。结果:PC减轻了小肠粘膜出血损伤及整体血压下降,组织MDA含量和血浆LDH活性降低(P<0.0l);肠组织EB含量和MPO活性亦降低(P<0.0l)。结论:缺血预处理对小肠I/R损伤有保护作用,其机理与血管床受到保护有关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning (PC) on small intestine I / R injury in rats and its mechanism. Methods: Small intestine I / R model was used to observe the changes of blood pressure, intestinal tissue injury and vascular bed function. Results: PC reduced intestinal mucosal hemorrhage, decreased whole blood pressure, reduced MDA content and LDH activity in plasma (P <0.01), reduced EB content and MPO activity in intestinal tissue (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Ischemic preconditioning has a protective effect on I / R injury in small intestine, and its mechanism is related to the protection of vascular beds.
