患者45岁,男,既往身体健康。他用90%硫酸清除医院石膏模型室的排污沉淀池;当硫酸倒入沉淀池后,产生了有毒烟雾,患者当即中毒倒下,移至户外2～3分钟。另有四人也发生轻度中毒。最初检查时,见患者窒息、昏迷、发绀并有全身震颤。血压170/90 mmHg,心率110/分,规则。给予1安瓿重碳酸钠(44 mEq)和用气袋活瓣面罩强迫吸入40%的氧
45-year-old patient, male, past physical health. He used 90% sulfuric acid to remove the sewage sedimentation tank in the hospital gypsum model room. After the sulfuric acid was poured into the sedimentation tank, toxic fumes were generated and the patient immediately poisoned and was allowed to move outdoors for 2 to 3 minutes.
