课程领导力作为整合教育资源、引领学校特色发展、推进课程改革的核心要素已经成为学校关注的焦点。作者介绍了东北师大附中如何基于教师、学生、“素介”三主体理念,大力提升课程领导力的探索与实践,提出四个立足:立足于课程、素介建构与学生需求,提升课程的领导力;立足于学生人格发展和核心素养形成,提升学校课程的领导力;立足于“素介”的发展完善,提升学校课程的领导力;立足于“三主体”的有效互动,发展学校课程的整合力。
As a core component of integrating education resources, leading the development of school characteristics and promoting curriculum reform, curriculum leadership has become the focus of the school.
