杨沛霆:大家都知道企业之间的竞争根本是人力资源的竞争.尤其是在入世后,我国企业首先面临的就是人才的冲击。眼下入世在即,作为中国企业怎样在冲击到来之前采取有力措施,留住人才,今天我们几位到会嘉宾将从不同角度加以阐述。重在构建一个激活人的机制范恒山:很高兴有机会与在座的企业家们共同讨论人力资源的问题。大家知道,我们所做的工作都是为了人,为了人的丰衣足食,为了人的身心快乐,为了人的自由自在。用马克思的话说,是为了人的自由的全面的发展。江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中对未来共产主义作出了科学阐述,而共产主义社会是物质极大丰富、人极大发展的社会。所谓人的极大发展,即是自由的、全面的发展,这是我们的奋斗目标,
