试验用18个冬大麦和6个春大麦分别与高赖氨酸源突变体 Risφ1508杂交,发现有五个组合的 BC_2F_2后代的每100克面粉中赖氨酸含量都比亲本的高,其中有四个组合的含量与亲本的差异达极显著,最高的甚至高出73.1%。试验还发现 Risφ1508的蛋白质和碱性氨基酸的组成有很大不同。试验表明赖氨酸与氨的比值是从分离后代中筛选正常的、高赖氨酸含量基因型的一种好方法。所有高赖氨酸基因型的百粒重都比亲本的低,尤以赖氨酸含量增加最多的基因型最甚。
In the experiment, 18 winter barley and 6 spring barley were crossed with high lysine source mutant Risφ1508, respectively. Five combinations of BC2F_2 were found to have higher lysine content per 100 grams of flour than their parents, among which four The differences between the combinations and parents were very significant, the highest even higher than 73.1%. The experiment also found that the composition of Risφ1508 protein and basic amino acids are very different. Experiments have shown that the ratio of lysine to ammonia is a good way to screen normal, high lysine genotypes from isolated offspring. All 100 high-lysine genotypes were heavier than the parent, especially those with the most increased lysine content.
