恶性纤维组织细胞瘤 (MFH)是成年人最常见的原发性软组织肉瘤。常发生于肢体近端的深部、腹膜后和躯干。而原发于肝脏者较为罕见。我们在临床中发现 2例原发性肝脏MFH。报告如下。例 1.女性 ,6 0岁。既往有结肠癌病史 5年。近 1个月来持续腹部不适 ,伴低热和体重减轻。行B超检 Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) is the most common primary soft-tissue sarcoma in adults. Often occurred in the proximal limb deep, retroperitoneal and trunk. The primary liver is more rare. We found 2 cases of primary liver MFH in clinical. The report is as follows. Example 1. Female, 60 years old. Past history of colon cancer for 5 years. Abdominal discomfort lasts for 1 month with fever and weight loss. Line B ultrasound
