目的寻找适合基层医院设备条件进行非传统感观中药饮片质量控制的方法。方法分析黄连对照品及饮片水提液和标志成分小檗碱水溶液的紫外特性,确定波长344±1nm为紫外吸收度测定波长:将饮片紫外吸收度值与薄层扫描仪测得其中小檗碱含量值进行相关性分析,所得结果并与传统感观质量评价结果进行比较。结果黄连饮片中所含小檗碱量的多少与其水提取溶液于波长344±1nm处紫外吸收度值的大小呈正相关性:传统感观质量评价方法不能真实判断黄连饮片内在质量。结论黄连水提液紫外光谱图可为其饮片真伪定性鉴别提供依据。其344±1nm波长处紫外吸收度值的大小作为基层医院监测评判黄连饮片质量的指标是可行的。
Objective To find a suitable method for quality control of non-traditional and sentimental Chinese Herbal Pieces suitable for basic hospital equipment. Methods The UV characteristics of berberine aqueous solution and water extracts of Coptis chinensis were analyzed. The wavelength of 344±1nm was determined as the UV absorbance measurement wavelength: the berberine was measured by the UV absorbance value of the slice and the thin layer scanner. The correlation analysis was carried out on the content values and the results were compared with the results of the traditional sensory quality evaluation. Results There was a positive correlation between the amount of berberine contained in Huanglian Pieces and the value of UV absorbance at the wavelength of 344±1nm at the wavelength of water extraction solution: traditional sensory quality assessment methods could not truly judge the intrinsic quality of Huanglian Pieces. Conclusion The UV spectrum of water extract of Coptis chinensis can provide the basis for the qualitative identification of the decoction pieces. The value of UV absorbance at 344±1nm wavelength is feasible as an indicator for monitoring the quality of Huanglian Decoction in primary hospitals.
