目的了解2007—2011年泰安市泰山区中小学生常见病患病情况。方法对2007—2011年泰安市泰山区91 950名中小学生健康体检情况进行分析,了解视力低下、贫血、营养不良、肥胖等患病情况。结果小学生视力低下患病率2007年27.54%,2011年29.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中学生视力低下患病率2007年60.19%,2011年58.62%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。小学生营养不良、肥胖、贫血、沙眼、龋齿患病率2007年分别为7.95%、16.56%、0.66%、4.22%、8.66%,2011年分别为6.79%、18.25%、0.26%、2.30%、4.48%,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);中学生营养不良、肥胖、贫血、沙眼、龋齿患病率2007年分别为13.26%、18.23%、1.56%、3.10%、36.26%,2011年分别为10.58%、17.80%、0.43%、2.07%、18.76%,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。各年度中小学生视力低下、营养不良、肥胖、贫血、沙眼、龋齿患病率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论教育及卫生行政部门应针对不同的学生群体,采取不同的宣教措施,降低中小学生常见病发病率。
Objective To understand the prevalence of common diseases among primary and secondary school students in Taishan District, Tai’an City from 2007 to 2011. Methods The health examination of 91 950 primary and secondary school students in Taishan District, Tai’an City during 2007-2011 was analyzed to find out the prevalence of low vision, anemia, malnutrition and obesity. Results The prevalence of poor vision in primary school students was 27.54% in 2007 and 29.74% in 2011, with a significant difference (P <0.05). The prevalence of low vision in secondary school students was 60.19% in 2007 and 58.62% in 2011, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The prevalence rates of malnutrition, obesity, anemia, trachoma and dental caries in primary school students in 2007 were 6.75%, 18.25%, 0.26%, 2.30% and 4.48% respectively in 2007, which were 7.95%, 16.56%, 0.66%, 4.22% and 8.66% respectively %, Respectively. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The prevalences of malnutrition, obesity, anemia, trachoma and dental caries among middle school students in 2007 were 13.26%, 18.23%, 1.56%, 3.10% and 36.26% respectively in 2007 Year were 10.58%, 17.80%, 0.43%, 2.07% and 18.76%, respectively, with statistical significance (all P <0.05). The prevalence of poor eyesight, malnutrition, obesity, anemia, trachoma and dental caries in primary and middle school students in each year were significantly different (all P <0.05). Conclusion The education and health administrative departments should adopt different measures to reduce the prevalence of common diseases among primary and middle school students for different student groups.
