目的探讨VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统对本实验室鉴定的包括食源性、肠道致病性及其他来源微生物如肠球菌属、葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、李斯特菌属、埃希菌属、志贺菌属、沙门菌属、变形杆菌属、耶尔森菌属、枸橼酸杆菌属、肠杆菌属、弧菌属、气单胞菌属、弯曲菌属、假单胞菌属、需氧芽胞杆菌属、酵母菌属在内的17菌属87株菌的准确性。方法按照VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪器说明书中的标准操作流程进行。选择国家标准常规方法作为参照,以验证VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析检测方法的符合性。结果从本试验结果来看VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪对本实验室87株微生物的鉴定结果的总体符合率为97.0%(98/101)。结论 VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪对实验室常见87株微生物鉴定结果较好,但对弧菌的鉴定还应结合生物学特性进行综合评定。
Objective To investigate the effect of VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial analysis system on the laboratory identification of foodborne, intestinal pathogenic and other microorganisms such as Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Listeria, Shigella, Salmonella, Proteus, Yersinia, Citrobacter, Enterobacter, Vibrio, Aeromonas, Campylobacter, Pseudomonas , Bacillus aeruginosa, Yeast, including 17 strains of bacteria 87 strains of accuracy. The method was performed according to the standard operating procedures in the VITEK 2 Compact Automatic Microbial Analysis System Instrument Manual. The national standard routine method was chosen as a reference to verify compliance with the VITEK 2 Compact automated microbiological assay. Results From the results of this test, the overall compliance rate of the VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial analysis system instrument to the 87 microorganisms in our laboratory was 97.0% (98/101). Conclusion The VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbiological analysis system is good for the identification of 87 strains of microorganisms in the laboratory. However, the identification of Vibrio spp. Should be combined with the biological characteristics.
