分析了IGBT驱动器应该具备的基本功能,设计了一种基于电磁隔离的IGBT驱动器,并进行了斩波与短路试验研究。试验结果表明,该驱动器驱动特性和保护性能好,能满足1.7 k V IGBT器件应用要求。
The basic functions of IGBT driver are analyzed. An IGBT driver based on electromagnetic isolation is designed and the chopper and short circuit test are studied. The experimental results show that the driver has good driving characteristics and protection performance and can meet the application requirements of 1.7 kV IGBT devices.
