硝苯地平(nifedipine,Nf)是钙离子拮抗剂,临床主要用于防治冠心病、心绞痛和高血压。Nf普通片普遍存在起效时间慢、疗效不理想等问题,这与其溶出度有很大关系,USP1995版规定,Nf制剂的溶出度不得低于80％,而国产片剂的溶出度水平多小于20％。我们将Nf与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)K_(30)制成固体分散体,再制成片剂,实验结果表明,速释Nf片与普通片剂相比,溶出度明显提高。
Nifedipine (Nif) is a calcium antagonist, which is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, angina and hypertension. Nf common tablets generally slow onset of action, efficacy is not ideal and other issues, which have a great relationship with its dissolution, USP1995 version of the provisions of Nf preparation dissolution of not less than 80%, while the domestic dissolution of the tablet more than the level of less than 20%. We made Nf and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) K_ (30) into a solid dispersion, and then made the tablet. The experimental results show that the dissolution rate of the instant release Nf tablet is obviously higher than the ordinary tablet.
