对19例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤声像图表现及其病理结构进行研究。结果表明肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的典型声像图特点是具有包膜反射的形态规则的低回声肿块。随着肿瘤内部结构的不同，其回声强弱也有变化。认为肿瘤的回声强弱取决于肿瘤细胞、血管、纤维组织的含量多少和分布状态。
The sonographic appearance and pathological structure of 19 adrenal pheochromocytomas were studied. The results showed that the typical sonogram of adrenal pheochromocytoma was a morphologically regular hypoechoic mass with capsule reflection. With the different internal structure of the tumor, the echo intensity also changes. It is believed that the strength of the echo of the tumor depends on the amount and distribution of tumor cells, blood vessels, and fibrous tissue.
