介绍了余热淬火低合金马氏体球墨铸铁磨球(DMQ)的生产工艺过程,以及生产过程中工艺参数的调整和控制。经生产实践统计数据表明:该DMQ球与选厂过去使用的中锰球相比,使用寿命提高了3倍,为外购贝氏体锻钢磨球寿命的2倍。采用该技术生产DMQ耐湿磨磨球,工艺简便,设备投资少,见效快,不需添加更多的贵重合金元素就可有效改善铸球力学性能、抗磨耐蚀性能且破碎率低。
The production process of residual heat quenched low alloy martensitic nodular cast iron ball (DMQ) is introduced, as well as the adjustment and control of process parameters in the production process. The production practice statistics show that: The DMQ ball and the mill used in the past compared to the use of manganese ball service life increased by 3 times for outsourcing bainite forged steel ball life of 2 times. Using this technology to produce DMQ wet grinding and grinding ball, the invention has the advantages of simple process, less equipment investment and quick response, and can effectively improve cast ball mechanical properties, anti-wear and corrosion resistance and low breaking rate without adding more precious alloying elements.
