本文报导改性双马来酰亚胺树脂基体各组分配比的优化试验。试验结果表明:采用单纯形重心回归设计安排试验,具有试验次数少、回归程序的精度高的优点。经检验表明:所得回归方程适用于筛选基体组分的配比。本文还采用回归方程立体图绘制方法,所得立体图型能够直观地反映组分配比对材料性能的影响规律。进一步根据回归方程借助计算机逐步搜寻确定了组分的最优配比,其树脂浇注体的性能可与80年代美国Narmco公司开发的5245C双马来酰亚胺型树脂相媲。
This article reports the optimization of the ratio of the modified bismaleimide matrixes. The test results show that the simplex gravity center regression design and arrangement test has the advantages of less test times and high precision of regression procedure. The test shows that: the regression equation is suitable for screening the matrix component ratio. In this paper, we also use the regression equation of the three-dimensional drawing method, the resulting three-dimensional map can intuitively reflect the composition ratio on the material properties of the law. Furthermore, according to the regression equation, the optimal ratio of components was ascertained with the help of computer, and the performance of the resin casting body was comparable with that of 5245C bismaleimide resin developed by American Narmco company in the 1980s.
