光纤通道传输速率高、可靠性高,是目前传输安控信号的重要途径。因此,在通信运行维护层面,要求电力通信部门在设计、施工和日常运行维护中,从客观实际出发,深入分析光纤通信的机理,结合电网运行的特点,不断优化电力通信网络,完善保护机制,从而满足跨区域送电和超长距离电力传输的要求。
