高校图书馆是学校的信息资源中心,也给学校的教学和科研工作起到了很好的辅助作用。而为读者服务是高校图书馆最基础的工作,本文分析了图书馆在整体的服务过程中与读者存在的矛盾,并针对这些矛盾提出了化解矛盾、优化图书馆服务的几点对策。
University library is the school’s information resource center, but also to the school teaching and research work has played a very good supporting role. The service of the reader is the most basic work of the university library. This paper analyzes the contradiction between the library and the reader in the overall service process, and puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the contradiction and optimize the library service against these contradictions.
