客运专线无砟轨道道岔几何形位的精调是保证道岔高平顺性的关键。结合我国客运专线道岔铺设、维修的经验,在系统分析道岔各几何形位的基础上开发了客运专线无砟轨道道岔精调系统。应用该系统在武广铁路客运专线韶关西站指导了德国BWG18号无砟道岔在浇筑混凝土后的精调工作。实践表明,本系统能快速给出一个比较合理的调整方案,且操作简单方便,大大提高了现场的施工效率。
Passenger Dedicated Ballastless Rail Turnout Geometrical Position Fine is the key to ensure high ride comfort. Combined with the experience of laying and repairing turnout of passenger dedicated railway line in our country, the precision tuning system of ballastless turnout for passenger dedicated railway line was developed based on the systematic analysis of the geometric positions of the turnout. Application of the system in the Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway Passenger Special Line Shaoguan West Station Guide Germany BWG18 No. 无 无 砟 turnout after pouring concrete fine-tuning work. Practice shows that the system can quickly give a more reasonable adjustment program, and the operation is simple and convenient, greatly improving on-site construction efficiency.
