产品成本补偿既应适度又要足额。我国长期以来成本补偿不足，问题成堆，既有历史上存在的缺陷，又有改革开放过程中新生的矛盾，更有管理上的人为弊病。由此产生的后患无穷：资产耗蚀，生产能力萎缩；利润虚计，分配超前；滥用自然资源，浪费严重；不利于企业挖掘潜力，降低成本；环境污染加剧；经济信息不实等等。因此，采取措施，促使成本足额补偿，是经济持续发展的必由之路
Product cost compensation should be appropriate and adequate. For a long time, our country has not enough compensation for the cost and has a lot of problems. It not only has the shortcomings in history, but also has the contradiction between the new students in the process of reform and opening up and more man-made defects in management. Resulting in endless trouble: asset depletion, shrinking production capacity; profit imaginary, distribution ahead of; abuse of natural resources, wasteful; not conducive to business potential for mining, reduce costs; environmental pollution increased; false economic information and so on. Therefore, to take measures to promote full cost compensation is the only way for sustainable economic development
