The roots of Cunninghamia lanceolata, for the first time, were found to be parasitized by the semi-pierced nematode, which was verified by Koch’s postulates as Tylenchluus semipenetrans Cobb. Male adult linear, length 367.2 (303-390) um, extreme deterioration of the needle and esophagus, single testis, cross spines 15um, with lead, no cross umbrella, excretory hole in the middle of the worm or later (PE = 60 %), Male adult rare. Female adult single or groups of parasitic roots, the front of the body about the body length (40-50%) into the root of the circumferential cortex, exposing the root of the worms gradually expand into a sac or pouch-shaped, length 390.3 (334 -449) um, excretion hole slightly before the vulva (PE = 80-90%). The orifice can secrete small droplets, the vulva is located 90% of the parasites, no anus, short tail and straight stretch to the ventral, single ovary, folding curly, female parthenogenesis.
