在如今的供应链金融业务中,如何更加主动地掌握信息,批量识别优质小企业客户群体,是银行面临的机遇与挑战。为帮助银行作出合理的信贷决策,本文从核心企业入手,首先抓住供应链中的“信息流”。其次,基于能够实现“银行驱动的信用需求”的质量屋模型,提出了简便易行的信用评价体系。并由此给出各评价指标的重要度及排序,进而根据得到的中小企业融资信用评价决定是否贷款、贷款额度等。最后提出了以下有关银行信用管理的对策与建议:积极应对互联网金融,通过核心企业掌握其上下游信息,批量识别并评估中小企业;逐步加强信用文化建设,营造全民信用常态,从根本上解决信用问题;各银行之间求同存异,根据自身的特点走差异化发展道路。
In today’s supply chain finance business, how to take the initiative to grasp the information and mass identify the small and medium-sized customer groups is the bank’s opportunities and challenges. To help banks make reasonable credit decisions, this paper starts with the core enterprises and first grasps the “information flow” in the supply chain. Second, based on the quality house model that can achieve “bank-driven credit demand,” a simple and convenient credit rating system is put forward. And then give the importance and sort of each evaluation index, and then according to the obtained SME financing credit evaluation decide whether to loan, loan quota and so on. Finally, the following countermeasures and suggestions on bank credit management are put forward: actively respond to internet finance, master upstream and downstream information through core enterprises, identify and evaluate SMEs in batches; gradually strengthen credit culture construction, build credit normalcy for citizens and fundamentally solve credit Problems; Banks seek common grounds while reserving differences, according to their own characteristics take the path of differentiation.
