受美国“次贷”危机引起的全球金融危机及国内宏观经济政策的影响,我国房地产市场需求出现萎缩,房价开始回落,企业现金流不足,融资难度增加。文章以某房地产企业为例,对房地产行业融资结构的现状进行了分析,并提出相应的优化建议,以期能够对化解当前我国房地产企业融资困境有所启示。 Affected by the global financial crisis caused by the crisis in the United States and the domestic macroeconomic policies, the demand of China’s real estate market has shrunk, house prices started to fall, the cash flow of enterprises has been insufficient, and the difficulty of financing has increased. Taking a real estate enterprise as an example, the article analyzes the status quo of the financing structure of the real estate industry and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions in the hope of enlightening the current financing difficulties of real estate enterprises in our country.
