一、概述从七十年代中期开始,随着我国采煤技术的不断发展,在煤矿的顺槽和采区上、下山,煤巷的掘进工作面都日益要求使用带式输送机。据资统统计,我国煤矿已拥有各种带式输送机1万多台,400多个采区已实现胶带机化。近年来,由于综采设备的推广,采区生产能力迅速扩大,出现了年产300~400万吨的矿井。带式输送机也相应需要朝着大容量、长距离、大倾角发展。对这样大容量的带式输送机,研究其在起动过程中带来的问题并探讨合适的起动方法是很有必要的。
First, an overview From the mid-1970s, with the continuous development of coal mining technology in China, along the coal mines and mining areas, downhill, coal heading face are increasingly required to use belt conveyor. According to statistics, China’s coal mines already have a variety of belt conveyor more than 10,000 units, more than 400 mining area has achieved tape machine. In recent years, due to the promotion of fully mechanized mining equipment, the production capacity of the mining area has rapidly expanded and an annual output of 3-4 million tons of mines has emerged. Belt conveyor accordingly also need to move toward large capacity, long distance, big dip angle. For such a large capacity belt conveyor, it is necessary to study the problems caused by the starting process and to explore the proper starting method.
