目的:利用立体定向技术和MRI的三维成像技术结合,对颅内胶质瘤实行等体积切除。方法:使用Leksel-G或ASA-602型定向仪,1.0T的MRI对颅内病灶进行三维成像,立体定位颅内病灶,选择适当头皮切口及环钻开颅,术中配合超声刀进行等体积切除胶质瘤。结果:所有25例胶质瘤均做到了全切除,术后一过性面瘫8例,癫痫发作2例,语言障碍1例,均能恢复。无伤口感染,无脑脊液漏,无手术死亡率。结论:立体定向技术与MRI三维成像技术相结合,能对颅内病灶如胶质瘤做到等体积切除,手术侵袭性小、安全、快捷,易被病人接受
OBJECTIVE: To perform equal volume resection of intracranial gliomas using a combination of stereotactic techniques and MRI 3D imaging techniques. METHODS: Three-dimensional imaging of intracranial lesions was performed using a Lexel-G or ASA-602 directional instrument. The intracranial lesions were stereoscopically located, and appropriate scalp incisions and annulus incisions were performed. Ultrasound scalpel was used during surgery. Volume removed glioma. RESULTS: All 25 cases of glioma were completely resected. Eight patients had transient facial paralysis, two seizures, and one language disorder all recovered. No wound infection, no cerebrospinal fluid leakage, no operative mortality. Conclusion: The combination of stereotactic technique and MRI three-dimensional imaging technology can achieve an equal volume resection of intracranial lesions such as gliomas. The surgical invasion is small, safe and fast, and is easily accepted by patients.
