目的:探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌超微结构的影响。方法:应用电镜观察20例新辅助化疗组和20例对照组乳腺癌细胞超微结构的变化。结果:新辅助化疗组肿瘤细胞超微结构示有不同程度的细胞毒性损伤,新辅助化疗组和对照组线粒体数量、粗面内质网数量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗可使乳腺癌细胞线粒体损伤数量减少,形态发生改变;使粗面内质网脱颗粒,受损减少。
Objective: To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the ultrastructure of breast cancer. Methods: The ultrastructural changes of breast cancer cells in 20 neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 20 control groups were observed by electron microscope. Results: The neoadjuvant chemotherapy group showed different degrees of cytotoxic damage on the ultrastructure of the tumor cells. The numbers of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy group and the control group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the number of mitochondrial damage and morphological changes in breast cancer cells; degranulate the rough endoplasmic reticulum and reduce the damage.
