研究了网上直销渠道和传统实体交易渠道的双渠道回收模式下的多期闭环供应链网络均衡问题,假设制造商/回收中心和零售商均追求利润最大化和风险最小化双重目标,利用变分不等式理论刻画了不同决策者的优化行为,建立了基于再制造的双渠道双目标多期闭环供应链网络均衡模型.结合算例分析了单/双渠道回收模式下闭环供应链网络均衡解的情形,并讨论了旧产品的再制造转化率对均衡解的影响.算例结果表明:采用双渠道方式回收有利于提高制造商和供应链整体的经济效益,在追求风险最小化目标的同时,应在一定范围内适当提高旧产品的再制造转化率,这样才能实现供应链整体及链上各成员追求利润最大化和风险最小化双重目标的共赢.
This paper studies the problem of multi-period closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium under the dual-channel recycling model of online direct sales channels and traditional physical trading channels. Suppose manufacturers / recycling centers and retailers both pursue the two objectives of profit maximization and risk minimization, Inequality theory characterizes the optimization behavior of different decision-makers and establishes a dual-channel bidirectional multi-period closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model based on remanufacturing.Combined with an example, the equilibrium solution of closed-loop supply chain network in single / dual channel recovery mode is analyzed. , And discusses the effect of the remanufacturing conversion rate of the old products on the equilibrium solution.Examples show that: the use of dual-channel recovery is conducive to improving the economic efficiency of the manufacturer and the supply chain as a whole, while pursuing the goal of minimizing risk, In a certain range, we should appropriately increase the remanufacturing conversion rate of old products so as to realize the win-win goal of both the supply chain as a whole and the members pursuing profit maximization and risk minimization.
