作者采用青春双歧杆菌菌液与小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞系HCa/16A3-F相互作用,测定了作用前后肿瘤细胞线粒体钙及细胞核钙浓度的变化。发现二者钙水平较对照组明显升高。即胞内贮钙增加,提示可能导致胞液钙水平下降。结果表明双歧杆菌菌液对小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞系HCa/16A3-F胞内钙稳态具有一定的影响,可为双歧杆菌的抗肿瘤作用提供一定的依据
The authors used Bifidobacterium adolescentis to interact with the mouse liver cancer ascites tumor cell line HCa/16A3-F to determine changes in mitochondrial calcium and nuclei calcium concentrations of tumor cells before and after treatment. Found that the calcium levels were significantly higher than the control group. That is, increased intracellular calcium storage suggests that cytosolic calcium levels may decrease. The results showed that the Bifidobacterium bacterium liquid had certain influence on the intracellular calcium homeostasis of the mouse liver cancer cell line HCa/16A3-F, which could provide a certain basis for the antitumor effect of Bifidobacterium.
