为解决传统通风阻力测试方法的不足,结合矿井通风阻力测试原理,提出一种以Zig Bee无线传感器网络技术为核心矿井通风参数的无线测试方法,并在此基础上研制了一种矿井通风多参数无线测试系统.该系统采用集射频收发与控制于一体的片上系统CC2530F256为核心,外接CC2591 RF功率放大模块;软件上基于Zig Bee2006协议栈实现组网、数据收发等功能.研究结果表明:该系统能够由部署在巷道内不同地点的主、从测试装置同时采集温度、湿度、负压、风速和风量等参数,经无线传输在主测试装置LCD上同时显示、存储,从而真正意义上实现了矿井通风阻力的同步测试,提高了测试精度.
