乐业作为一种职业境界,应该成为我们的理想和追求。过去,我们多把职业视为谋生手段——人不干活就没有生活来源,就没有饭碗。职业作为一种社会活动,是有纪律、有责任、有标准的。而兴趣爱好往往被看作个人的私事,是与组织要求、组织纪律对立的。然而在知识经济时代,职业活动的智能含量、知识含量越来越高,劳动者潜能发挥的水平,与其主观意愿关系非常密切。惟有乐业,才容易产生高水平的创造力。乐趣,已经成为决定生产力、竞争力和创造力的一个内在的重要因素。
