数字化给出版业带来了翻天覆地的变化,掀起一股巨大的创新转型的浪潮,出版社的数字化转型是其中重要的组成部分。出版社的数字化转型不仅是将产品及生产过程的数字化,更重要的是通过信息技术推动传统出版单位的产品结构、运行方式、出版观念和盈利模式的根本转变。华东师范大学出版社在教育出版数字化探索过程中,率先布局,战略先行,聚焦重点,产品带动,坚持“驱动创新,合作共赢”的原则,加快数字化出版的全面布局,开拓数字出版蓝海。
