作者用氟化钠气溶胶对家兔进行了短期吸入试验,以估计经呼吸道对氟化钠气溶胶的吸收率。氟化钠气溶胶经由尿液排泄的过程有以下四个阶段:吸入(I);在呼吸道沉积(D);由血液吸收(A);经尿液排泄(E)。根据用沉积值除吸收值(A/D)所得商值即可确定经呼吸道对氟化物的吸收率。为计算吸收率,必须知道沉积-吸入的比率。
The authors conducted a short-term inhalation study of rabbits with sodium fluoride aerosol to estimate the absorption of sodium fluoride aerosol through the respiratory tract. Sodium fluoride aerosol through the urine excretion process has the following four stages: inhalation (I); in respiratory deposits (D); absorbed by the blood (A); excreted (E). The absorption of fluoride through the respiratory tract can be determined from the quotient obtained by dividing the absorption value (A / D) by the sediment value. To calculate the rate of absorption, you must know the deposition-inhalation rate.
