用逆转录酶/多聚酶链式反应(RT/PCR)技术检测腱抗原蛋白(Tenascin)mRNA在正常角质细胞和良、恶性角质细胞株(HaCaT、SCLⅠ、SCLⅡ)中的表达。结果表明腱抗原蛋白mRNA在正常角质细胞不表达,恶性角质细胞株中高度表达,扩增条带为1300bp,而良性角质细胞株具有弱表达。认为部分细胞有潜在的高增殖能力,可能与细胞生长特性改变有关。
The expression of Tenascin mRNA in normal keratinocytes and benign and malignant keratinocyte strains (HaCaT, SCLI, SCLII) was detected by reverse transcriptase/polymerase chain reaction (RT/PCR). The results showed that the sputum antigen protein mRNA was not expressed in normal keratinocytes and was highly expressed in malignant keratinocyte strains. The amplified bands were 1300 bp, whereas benign keratinocyte strains had weak expression. It is thought that some of the cells have a potentially high proliferative capacity and may be related to changes in cell growth characteristics.
